John C. Levis MS, RN Mr. Levis is an experienced RN with over 25 years clinical experience in critical care settings including Emergency Nursing, Neurology and Neurosurgical Intensive Care, Nursing Administration, Quality Assurance and Home Health Care. He obtained a Master of Science Degree in Nursing Administration from Pace University. He has applied his experience as an Adjunct Instructor at The University of Bridgeport. School of Nursing. Also he has served in a variety of roles in pre-hospital Emergency Medical Services. Such roles include EMS Coordinator for a Community Hospital, Chief Executive Officer of a Volunteer Ambulance Corps, and as a State Certified EMS Instructor. Prior to his Health Care Career, Mr. Levis received his Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) at Pace University and worked in the International Reinsurance field as a accountant, in addition to passing the New York Sate Examination for Property and Casualty Insurance Brokers. He has received extensive training as a Legal Nurse Consultant at Pace University Legal Nurse Consultant Certificate Program.
Professional certifications include Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager (CPHRM) and Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
He is also a member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM), and was inducted into National Nursing Honor Society Sigma Theta Tu.
